Hope everyone is enjoying the weather
Brianna Shamblin (4-27-08) ...

We shot these on a family farm just outside of Ravenswood- it was a birthday gift from her grandparents & Brianna really enjoyed dancing around and running in the grass, pretending to be a real butterfly. So cute! I love to just let kids play and have fun during my time with them!

The Fouty kids (5-1-08)...

I enjoyed my recent trip to Washington, WV to the Fouty family's beautiful home. The Fouty's are an amazing family. They have a wonderful story and are being featured in a Christian book called "Hope in the Waiting" by Krista Lord from the Nashville, TN area. It's a book about families who were told they would never have children but did! Awesome! I am glad they chose me to record images of their beautiful children, one of which will be selected and printed in the book along with their story!

You just gotta love this face...

It was a beautiful but simple wedding and we were able to add some extra special shots to their wedding photo collection. Patrick's Dad just happens to be the superintendant of Wood Co. schools, so he let us in PHS for some shots of the couple and the wedding party! Super fun!
Thanks again for choosing me to capture your special day Patrick & Danielle, you two are so sweet!

He's graduating this year, from Heritage Christian Academy in Ravenswood. Go Jed- you've got a bright future!

We did part of the session at a church in downtown Ripley. I told Jed to just do what he does best while I snapped away, and He played and sang for his Mom and I- it was beautiful.

A few we took in his backyard...

And I also recently did a senior session with Kayla Cummings, from Ravenswood High School. Another really sweet young lady who by the way has beautiful blue eyes and gorgeous red hair...

More updates coming soon! I've been super extremely busy, but I love it!
THANK YOU TO ALL MY APRIL CUSTOMERS!
Last month, on a sunny Thursday evening, I did an On-location portrait session with Katie & Andrew Mills, from Charleston, at the State Capital complex. It was a fun filled hour and I was able to get a lot of great shots that showcase the kids individual personalities...
Andrew is so cute & clever...

And Miss Katie- a little sassy and a lot of prettiness...

A big thanks to their Mom, Martha, for being my pal on myspace and choosing me to capture unique portraits of her little gems.
After the wedding, brides across the country are wearing their gowns one more time to be photographed getting a little dirty -- and loving it.
